Sunrise Caribbean Cuisine offers full service catering and would love to help not only to custom design your menu, but also to take care of the rest of your event needs including site referrals, event design Limousine, Photographer, Videography, DJ'S, Decoration and more.
We are delighted to provide you with ideas for your event. From lunches, elegant hors d'oeuvres and an elegantly served dinner. They represent only a starting point, our signature is custom menu design, creating original menus for any occasion. We are not limited only to what is seen on this page, we provide fruit tables, seafood cocktail tables, Hors d'oeuvres table, sandwiches, appetizers to name a few and much more.

We provide an unlimited choice of services from Take Out Service, Buffet Style Service, to Dining Service.
 

Catering Procedures


Upon confirmation of your event, you will receive a copy of the Catering Event Contract with a listing all of the estimated charges. Any additional charges will appear on a final invoice upon delivery. All menu prices are based on current food market availability and cost. We reserve the right to make changes when necessary
All final payments for any event must be paid one week prior to the event date, except for drop off service a deposit is required, the balance due is upon delivery.
For College/ University campus events, payment can be made after service rendered arrangement has to be made prior.
 

Menu Choices
Each menu is custom designed by our clients to meet their needs. Our food is prepared with the freshest ingredient possible. We make every effort to keep the food hot until served. Custom menus must be approved 7 days prior to event. However, we make every attempt to fill orders received up to 48 hours prior. For your convenience, we will prepare to serve 10% over the guaranteed number.

 

Insurance
Sunrise Cuisine Catering maintains commercial liability and workers comp insurance for all functions.
 

Physical Set Up
Unless otherwise agreed upon, it is the responsibility of the client to make arrangements for venue and availability. Tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment and any additional items not considered food type will be considered rental. However, arrangements for these items can be made through us. Sunrise Cuisine Catering will provide normal table set-up as part of the Catering Event Order. Additional set-up not considered normal will be billed separately.
 

 

Types of Service
 

Drop Off Buffet Disposable
Drop off service includes disposable flatware and plates, cups and disposable ware needed to complete service for the event. There may be an occasion to leave equipment and for a Sunrise staff member to return later, any set-ups requiring additional costs and/or rental items needed for a drop off event will be outlined in the Catering Event Contract.
 

Buffet Service, China
This style of service is recommended for more formal luncheons, dinners and receptions for more than 25 guests. Buffet service can be drop off or attended. However, if chinaware is used, the client will be responsible for any breakage. As with all events, specific charges will be outlined on the Catering Event Order prior to delivery of service.
 

Sit Down Service, China or Elegant Plastic ware
Service staff is available for formal sit down lunch, cocktail and dinner events. Depending on your preference, elegant plastic ware or China, glassware, cloth napkin, linens may be setup by our staff. If rentals are needed, the cost will be added to the catering event contract.

Buffet Service (China or Elegant Plastic Ware)

Buffet service can be drop off or attended. However, if chinaware is used, the client will be responsible for any breakage. As with all events, specific charges will be outlined on the Catering Event Order prior to delivery of service. Service staff is available for formal sit down lunch, cocktail and dinner events.
